Better Churches utilizes a unique A to Z approach. First, we want to help create an intentional plan for each leader to grow, as the strength of the leader often parallels the health of the organization. Next, we conduct a full review of your ministry strategy and help redesign your administrative and ministry structure for intentional impact. Finally, since a bigger vision requires greater resourcing, we coach you through a generosity initiative.

This approach allows us to partner with each ministry over a longer period of time, allowing us to understand deeply your ministry context and culture to achieve the best possible outcome. We do not outsource any phase of the comprehensive consulting process.

We are usually able to provide these consulting services at 30%-40% less than what national-level companies charge in order to cover their overhead.
